SZWG short message service won the second prize of customer service innovation award on June 13, 2007. The competition was held by Veolia Water in Budapest, Hungary. This is the first international award won by the Group.

      The short message service was a new measure adopted by the customer service branch in 2007. It can provide water tariff information and water suspension notice to customers, while the customers can send messages to the service center for information and complaints.

      More than 300,000 short messages had been sent till now. It upgrades the service efficiency and quality, reduces service cost and optimizes resources utilization of the Group.
